We fulfill our mission of optimal care within reach for every American by purchasing lower middle market healthcare services business ($3M - $10M EBITDA) and deploying an in-house technology team to provide leverage to caregivers, freeing up time for additional value-creating activities.
Our Team
Our team is a complementary set of seasoned operators who will fully deploy into the business to build from the current strengths of the people, processes, and culture to improve care and outcomes.Matt Survis is a strategic business leader and investor with extensive experience in corporate development, education technology, and transformative growth companies. He most recently served as Head of Corporate Strategy and Development at Guild, a leading workforce development platform for Fortune 1000 companies. Previously, Matt led Corporate Development at Entangled Group, a pioneering venture studio. He began his career in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey after founding an education-focused non-profit. Matt graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pennsylvania.Johannon "Joe" Olson, RN, MBA, is a seasoned healthcare executive, successful entrepreneur, and innovator with over twenty years of experience leading businesses and transforming healthcare teams and organizations. He is a board-certified Nurse Executive with an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of California, Davis. Johannon completed fellowships in Clinical Excellence Research at Stanford University and Wharton Graduate School, and he is an active fellow of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) at McLean Hospital, affiliated with Harvard Medical School.Matt Hollingsworth Matt Hollingsworth is a seasoned tech executive and entrepreneur who has spent the past decade transforming AI innovations into practical, impactful tools for healthcare. Most recently, he co-founded and led Carta Healthcare, a venture-backed startup that applies advanced AI to streamline clinical data abstraction and analytics. He began his career in high-energy physics, transitioned into AI engineering, and ultimately found his calling in applying AI to healthcare technology, inspired by his mother’s remarkable (and difficult), five-time triumph over cancer. Matt holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a master’s degree in Physics from the University of Tennessee.
